The use of the applicant portal is voluntary; you can also send us your application by other means, for example by e-mail or by post. If you decide to use the applicant portal, we will process all data that you provide to us. Please take note that the applicant portal is operated by Recruitee GmbH (a partner company of Cornèr Bank Ltd. based in Düsseldorf (Germany) and hosted on a cloud solution provided by Google Ireland Ltd. You can access Recruitee’s data privacy policy at any given time through Recruitee’s website (Privacy Policy | Recruitee). By entering your data via the applicant portal, you acknowledge and accept without reservation that your data will be stored and managed on the applicant portal. If you have applied for an advertised position within Cornèr Bank Ltd., your documents will be automatically deleted 180 days after the end of the recruitment process, provided that no other legitimate interests prevent deletion. Such legitimate interests in this sense include, for example, obligations to provide evidence in court proceedings. In the case of an application without reference to an advertised position (unsolicited application), the application will be retained for as long as there is a possibility that the application may be of interest. You have the option of requesting the deletion of your application at any time, even before the expiry of the retention periods provided for. In the event of a successful application, the transmitted data will be stored on the systems of Cornèr Bank Ltd. for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the legal requirements and Cornèr Bank’s data privacy (Privacy Notice | Cornèr).
