Consulente Clientela Retail – Attività di Cassa - ref. 1135

To strengthen our team in Ticino, we are looking for a motivated, client-oriented person who can combine banking operations with a commercial mindset.

Your role
You will be responsible for branch operations and client relations, and will also help promote retail products and services.
In particular, you will:

• Handle counter activities, including cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange and payments

• Open new banking relationships in compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering requirements

• Present and offer retail products and services, including accounts, cards, savings, pension and payment solutions

• Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the branch

• As you settle into the role, you will also take responsibility for an assigned client portfolio

• Manage client relationships, identifying their needs and cross-selling opportunities

• Work in compliance with internal guidelines, control processes and regulatory requirements

The profile we are looking for

• At least one year of experience in a similar role at a Swiss bank

• Commercial or banking education (e.g. commercial apprenticeship, banking track) or equivalent experience

• Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of German and/or English; knowledge of French is an asset

• Good command of Microsoft Office and IT tools

• Accuracy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

• Client and business development orientation

• Good communication skills, team spirit and flexibility

• Resident in Ticino
